The City of South San Francisco (the “City”) is seeking proposals for a qualified consultant or firm to provide (“Consultant”) the City with consulting services related to the preparation of financing strategies, analysis and recommendations on said financial strategies, and the potential implementation of those financial strategies. The ultimate financing strategy prepared by the selected Consultant should identify potential funding sources and include an implementation “Go-Forward” plan. Potential funding sources that the City has initially identified may include, but is not limited to: Property and Business Improvement Districts (PBID), Community Facilities Districts (CFD), the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, and the Improvement Bond Act of 1915.
