The City of West Covina invites competitive proposals for the following service:
“INVESTMENT ADVISORY SERVICES
PER CITY OF WEST COVINA PURCHASING SPECIFICATION 0116-G”
Scope of work and instructions are found at www.westcovina.org or can be requested from maria.delira@westcovina.org. Incomplete proposals will not be considered. One (1) original and three (3) bound and sealed copies are to be submitted to the Office of the City Clerk, along with the attached “Statement of Non-Collusion by Contractor” (Attachment A) and the “Agreement for Indemnification by Contractor/Vendor” (Attachment B) forms filled out, signed and returned with the proposal no later than 5:00 p.m., Thursday, February 18, 2016. Submissions received after this deadline will be rejected. Submissions by facsimile or electronic mail will not be accepted. Please clearly identify the package: “INVESTMENT ADVISORY SERVICES RFP 0116-G”.
The City of West Covina reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and/or waive any informality therein. Each bid shall constitute an offer to provide the service described herein at the price quoted and shall not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the opening date.
