The Calleguas Municipal Water District is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide investment management services for the District’s investment portfolio. The investment of the District’s funds is guided by the California Government Code and the District’s Investment Policy. The District’s investment portfolio is currently managed by the Wells Fargo Asset Management and is overseen by the District’s Manager of Administrative Services.
As of August 31, 2021, the District’s total portfolio balance was $183 million including a State of California Local Agency Investment Fund (LAIF) balance of $5 million and a Ventura County Investment Pool (VCIP) balance of $800,000. All invested funds are for operating or capital projects (non pension funds).
