The City of La Verne is seeking a qualified certified public accounting firm for the following:
1 To audit its financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023 and the four subsequent fiscal years thereafter, for a total of five fiscal years. These audits are to be performed in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America, the standards applicable to financial audits contained in Government Auditing Standards, issued by the Comptroller General of the United States; and the audit requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance).
2 To perform additional work as needed at the request of the City in the form of an Agreed-Upon Procedures report in accordance with AICPA Attestation Standards.
