The City of Watsonville (“City”) is requesting proposals from qualified firms interested in
providing municipal financial advisory services, related to the exploration and possible
issuance of Pension Obligation Bonds to finance a portion of our debt related to our
CalPERS Unfunded Actuarial Liability (UAL). This Request for Proposal (“RFP”)
describes the background, scope of services, the content of the proposal, selection criteria, and
proposal submission instructions and schedule.
