The City of Hawthorne (hereinafter referred to as “the City”) is seeking responses from collection agencies regarding their qualifications to work with the City’s Licensing and Collections section to continue to pursue certain delinquent accounts for the City. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to ask agencies to submit statements of their qualifications, capabilities, and experience in collecting delinquent accounts.
