The City of West Covina (City) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide the processing and management of parking citations and administrative citations as defined in this RFP. The City is under contract through August 31, 2016 for parking citations, this part of the RFP, if awarded, will be effective September 1 2016. The administrative citations award will take place as soon as possible after the RFP is awarded. The City will select a provider that demonstrates proven capabilities in processing and managing administrative citations. Proposals should reflect expertise managing such programs, state recent related experience, proposed scope of work, and a tentative implementation schedule. The provider selected will be expected to work with designated City representatives to tailor the program to the City’s needs.
