This RFP will not conduct a Proposer’s Conference and questions about the RFP must be submitted by email to Finance.RFP@lacity.org. The City requests prospective Proposers to submit their questions by Friday, October 26, 2018. Responses to the questions will be made available to all Proposers on www.labavn.org
