The Successor Agency to the Pico Rivera Redevelopment Agency (the “Successor Agency”) is
seeking interest from qualified purchasers (see definition under Sales Restrictions herein) for a
direct placement of $13,430,000* of tax allocation refunding bonds (“2021 Bonds”) to refinance the
outstanding Series 2001 Tax Allocation Bonds (2001 Bonds) and to pay related costs of issuance.
The Successor Agency anticipates closing the 2021 Bonds on or about November 23, 2021.
