The Inland Valley Development Agency (IVDA)/San Bernardino International Airport Authority (SBIAA) are requesting proposals from qualified certified public accountant firms to audit their financial statements for the three fiscal years beginning with the fiscal year ending June 30, 2012. The audit will to be performed in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America, the standards set forth for financial audits contained in Government Auditing Standards (1994) issued by the Comptroller General of the United States, and the U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-133 Audits of State and Local Governments and Non-Profit Organizations.
Responses to this RFP (Proposals) are due at the IVDA/SBIAA’s administrative office, 1601 E. Third Street, San Bernardino, CA 92408, no later than 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, February 16, 2012.
All Proposals will be time-stamped upon receipt, and any Proposals received after the time specified above will not be accepted. Please submit an original and five (5) copies of the Proposal in a sealed envelope addressed to the attention of Ms. Kelly Berry, Clerk of the Board. In bold lettering, mark the envelope with the following words: “RFP FOR PROFESSIONAL AUDIT SERVICES.”
In order to control the dissemination of information regarding this RFP, organizations interested in submitting Proposals shall not make personal contact with any member of the IVDA/SBIAA, other than Mr. Gary Silvius. All questions should be directed via e-mail to the individual listed below with the words “RFP Professional Audit Services” entered on the e-mail subject line:

Interested organizations who wish to submit a Proposal can obtain the RFP packet by visiting our website at www.sbdairport.com under RFPs/Bids. If any addendums are issued, it will be the sole responsibility of the individual to retrieve them from our website.
