CalPERS seeks to establish a Spring-Fed pool of firms, within specific categories detailed within this Request for Proposal (RFP), from which the Office of Public Affairs can engage contractors to provide public affairs, communications support, video, multimedia, audiovisual support, live event presentation, production equipment maintenance, captioning and web event services on an as-needed basis for a contract term of up to five (5) years.
