The City’s Finance Department (“Finance”) is seeking proposals from qualified service
providers (“providers”) to provide Wi-Fi equipment at all the City facilities. The
purpose of this request for proposal (“RFP”) is for a new Wi-Fi network. This
network is to provide access to the Internet for the public audience. The scope of
this project is to provide the necessary networking equipment and cabling to connect
the public over an MPLS network. The MPLS network will be provided by Spectrum.
The City will engage Spectrum once a vendor is selected for this project.
