The City of Oroville, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide and implement application software to meet its primary information management needs.

The City of Oroville seeks to implement a complete, integrated information management system that includes the following software modules:

• General Ledger
• Accounts payable, payment processing (with appropriation warnings)
• Accounts receivable, Billing and collections, including deposit management
• Capital assets management and long-term payables
• Payroll (may include identifying vendor to manage process and reporting for taxes and benefits)
• Budget management (monitoring) and reporting and forecasting, budget Controls
• All Financial, Grant and management reporting, application through close
• Cash receipts
• Ability to upload data in a specified format to prevent rekeying
• Workflow with levels for authorization and approvals
• Attachment feature for invoices and supporting documents (PO’s, packing slips etc)
• Project tracking for cost accounting needs, across funds and departments and across fiscal years
• Purchasing module, PO’s, procurement and encumbrance controls
• Detailed paperless time keeping with payroll module with useful reports
• Report writing capabilities for customization of reports
• Work orders, fleet management
