The Encina Wastewater Authority (EWA) in Carlsbad, CA is requesting proposals from qualified audit firms of certified public accountants for a three year contract to audit its financial statements beginning with the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011. At the option of EWA, the contract may be extended for up to an additional two years by written amendment.
