The City of Laguna Niguel (hereinafter referred to as the “City”) is requesting Proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as “Proposers”) who offer Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Code Section 115 pension trust administration (“Trust”) and investment management services to California local government agencies. Prior to submitting a Proposal, proposers are advised to carefully read the instructions, including the Sample Professional Service Agreement and any attachments/ exhibits. The term of this agreement is expected to be for three (3) years with one (1) two-year option to renew.
