The Tri-Valley Transportation Council (TVTC) is requesting proposals and qualifications (RFP) from qualified certified public accountants and/or accounting firms to maintain the Agency’s bookkeeping and accounting system for the period of July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2025, with an opportunity for two (2) one-year extensions. The submitting firm must have accounting professionals with experience and knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) for government entities and must be able to maintain the general ledger and prepare the financial statements on both the modified accrual and full accrual bases of accounting. The submitting firm must also have access to and proficiency with appropriate government accounting software adequate to maintain government entity accounts and prepare required reports.
