The City of San Juan Capistrano is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive Financial Management and Human Resources System software. The City seeks proposals from interested software and implementation services suppliers that have proven experience implementing financial management and human resources systems to support local governments (City, County, etc.) of similar or slightly larger size. The scope for the system functions includes: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, General Ledger, Cash Receipts, Budget Preparation, Payroll, Electronic Timekeeping, Human Resources, Employee Portal and specified state and other reporting requirements.
