Quartz Hill Water District is requesting proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants for a three year contract, with an option for two subsequent fiscal years. The District is located in Los Angeles County, 5 miles north of Palmdale, in the Antelope Valley, the westernmost desert valley of the Mojave Desert. The District is also 30 miles south of Mojave near the City of Lancaster.
