The City San of Bruno is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a comprehensive Development Impact Fee Study to support a citywide impact fee program that meets the requirements of the Mitigation Fee Act (California Government Code Section 66000 et seq., also known as “AB 1600”), a Comprehensive Cost of Services Study, and a Cost Allocation Plan Study. There is a separate scope of work for each of the studies. Consultants need only submit proposals for the type of study that they are qualified to prepare.
