The City of West Covina (City) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide revenue audit and consulting services. Vendors are encouraged to bid on any or all of the elements of this proposal. The cost proposal should clearly state the stand-alone cost of each element, as well as any savings associated with bundling two or more elements. In order to best meet its needs, the City reserves the right to contract for each element individually or as a package.
