NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Emeryville (“City “) is soliciting proposals
from an experienced, qualified Firm (“hereinafter interchangeably referred to as Firm or
Proposer”) to provide Revenue Measure Feasibility Analysis and Public Opinion Survey
Services as specifically outlined in the RFP (“Services”) for the City of Emeryville. The
timing of the project would correspond with the City Council considering the feasibility of
a measure or measures prior to dates for calling elections in 2022. Copies of said
