The purpose of the Overhead Cost Allocation Study is to ensure that the City of Encinitas is utilizing comprehensive overhead rates and accurately accounting for the cost of providing various services within City operations.
The purpose of the Development Services Fees and Charges Study is to evaluate current fees and the level of cost recovery generated by those fees, recommend “best practice” levels of cost recovery and calculating the fees necessary to achieve the recommended cost recovery level based on projected activity.
