The City of Delano (City) is seeking proposals from qualified professionals for administrative and actuarial review of the City’s retirement plan for its management and general employees. To comply with the requirements of GASB 43/45 & GASB 67/68, the City seeks assistance with the calculation of the City’s liability for OPEB, the unfunded liability as per GASB 67/68 and the City’s annual required contributions (ARC) for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2016 through June 30, 2020.
