The intent of this RFP is to identify one or more financially sound federal or state chartered financial institution(s) that can offer the highest quality of financial custodian and security lending services at the lowest overall cost to the City. Proposer must have been in the custody business for a minimum of 10 years; and have a minimum of five years documented experience in providing investment custodial services or security lending services for clients with assets that exceed $1 billion. Proposer must have full understanding of the governing California Government Code, the City’s Investment Policy, and Investment Guidelines.
