The City of Marina (City) is seeking to improve the efficiency and transparency of its business processes to improve service delivery and internal operations. To that end, the City is looking for innovative technology partners that bring a robust product offering based on industry best practices and share the City’s vision for continuous improvement and a highly engaged and well trained workforce.
Unlike typical small cities and organizations, Marina strategically plans to maximize its use of this new technology, improve its workplace and workforce, and be an example of such achievable success.
The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify, select and implement a proven public sector finance, payroll, and human resource (HR) system to replace the City’s existing ForFUND system. The City seeks a qualified firm (Proposer) with the experience, expertise, and qualifications to provide a fully integrated, proven, state-of-the-art solution (New System).
