The City of Brawley is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to submit proposals for a comprehensive cost of service and fee analysis of the City’s user and regulatory fees, create a Master Fees Schedule (MFS), as well as conduct an annual MFS update one year after the comprehensive update is implemented; identify additional service fees charged by other surrounding cities that are not part of the City’s existing MFS; and update the City’s Full Cost Allocation Plan.
