Project Description: The City of Oakland’s Planning and Building Department is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking responses from qualified accounting firms to conduct an Audit of the Affordable Housing, Jobs/Housing, and Transportation and Capital Improvements Impact Fee Programs from July 2016 to December 2018.
Pre-Proposal Meeting: (Highly Recommended) Wednesday May 1st at 2:00 PM (Pacific) – Dimond Conference Room, 250 Frank H. Ogawa Plaza, 3rd Floor, Oakland, CA.
Proposal Submittal Deadline: Tuesday, May 14th, 2019 no later than 2:00 PM. Please submit five (5) hard copies and 1 soft copy of your proposal to the Office of the City Administrator, Contracts and Compliance Division, 250 Frank Ogawa Plaza, 3rd Floor, Suite 3341, Oakland, CA. 94612 (Attn: Paula Peav)
