The City of Arcata is requesting proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants to audit its financial statements for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2011 through June 30, 2013, with the option of auditing its financial statements for each of the two subsequent fiscal years. Three (3) sealed copies of the proposal should be submitted to the Finance Director, City Hall, 736 F Street, Arcata, CA 95521, prior to 5:00 PM April 20, 2011. It is anticipated the contract will be awarded May 4, 2011. Proposals will become part of the official files of the City of Arcata and will not be returned. The City of Arcata reserves the right without prejudice to reject any or all proposals.
