CHWD is requesting proposals from qualified certified public accounting firms to audit and report
on its financial statements and on its financial controls, and assist with its Comprehensive Annual
Financial Report.
The initial engagement will include the audit of the financial statements for the fiscal years ending
December 31, 2021 and December 31, 2022, with three options to extend the engagement for an
additional year.
