The City of Laguna Niguel (the “City”) is requesting proposals from qualified independent Certified Public Accounting firms to audit the financial statements of the City for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2019, 2020 and 2021, with options for extensions for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2022 and 2023, in addition to performing other financial audits and agreed-upon procedures as specified in the RFP. These audits are to be performed in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America, the standards set forth for financial audits contained in Government Auditing Standards, issued by the Comptroller General of the United States, and the U.S. Office of Management and Budget’s Uniform Guidance.
