The East Bay Regional Park District is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide investment advisory services for the District’s pooled investment portfolio. As of June 30, 2016, the District investment portfolio totaled $325.5 million. This included pooled investments ($240.2 million) and bond funds managed by fiscal agents ($85.3 million).
The District is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide retail lockbox services to process customer utility bills for approximately 9,000 accounts per month.
